Ok, so I’ve seen a few of these dodgy sites and scams claiming to make you get rich quick, and never had the guts to actually try anything for myself. However, after a few failures, one of my close friends actually stumbled upon one of the easiest solutions which is all described in an ebook he found on a website (linked below, but wait until I explain). After a brief chat with him I realised that his hunt for a real money making opportunity online seems to have come to an end, as he is now making a comfortable second income, every week ranging between 500 dollars (about 250 pounds in real money) to about 2000 (yes thats about 1000 quid a week!!). Guess who’s been buying the drinks recently? He hasn’t been doing that much work every day, and I’m sure he could earn a lot more if he tried harder, but that’s just him being lazy…

Anyway, it was an interesting discussion but I don’t necessarily think it should be kept a secret - the good news being that there’s still a LOT of money to be made off the internet so there’s a big slice for anyone who is willing to invest a little bit of spare time to get theirs: so I’ll give a brief bit of info before I share the link to the website and ebook:

To begin with it’s important that you understand that Google Adwords is quite a rollercoaster at times. Be prepared to have some ups and downs - it’s not easy to build up your empire in one evening. Some people only make about 50-100 dollars a week, but we now know for a fact that a few people we are acquainted with have put a bit more time into it, and are earning stupid amounts, ranging up to 10,000-20,000 dollars a week!!

Here’s a tip though: Once you get the basics that the ebook describes, the most important things my friend learnt is to map out your strategy for each campaign: How many clicks to allow in campaigns? How should you set your target countries and locations? Which affiliate products are the best? The e-book then describes what the best keywords and keyword formats to use and explains a bit more about click-through rates, but this isn’t necessarily something you need to get into too much to begin earning a quick bit of cash. At least you get some really good examples in the ebook which you can easily copy, just with some other niche avenues.

Anyway, I’m probably not explaining this too well, but if you want to start making money online then this guy’s ebook is what you want. Of course, there’s a lot of free adwords info out on ther internet, but not much that will guide you step by step to get you going - like with most things, it’s probably best to invest a bit of time and money into research and training anyway. I’ve only just started this, but my friend has certainly got back the cost of the inital outlay by a huge margin. He’s a bit of an idiot too, so if he can do it, the rest of us hopeful online entrepreneurs certainly can.

Sony Releases New Stupid Piece Of Shit That Doesn’t Fucking Work

Yes, I’ve had a few Sony products in the past, and still do… And none of them (except possibly my T200 camera) does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I’m not sure which way Sony are going but for example my Sony MicroDV cam is pretty much useless these days - it’s so hard and laborious getting videos from it that I just give up:  you can only use specific software with it and it doesnt work on Vista. And crashes frequently on XP anyway. <sigh>… Anyway, this vid by The Onion made me laugh - it’s one of their best in my humble opinion. Hope you enjoy it too.

PS. Actually I think Sony do some pretty good quality stuff in genera, and most other companies have done a lot worse, so please take this video lightheartedly.

So I’ve seen a few World of Warcraft levelling guides around the internet, free and paid ones, but it’s quite difficult to wade through each guide, not knowing which one is fake or real, or whether they are even made by real WoW players. Well the whole reason I’m making this post is that I think I found the best leveling guide out there, and I thought I’d help promote it. Well, it’s not free, and it’s not particularly cheap, but if you follow it carefully and you get good at creating l33t World of Warcraft level 80 characters within a few days at a tim (or at least level 60 or level 70 very quickly), you could most probably easily sell the characters on at a really good price (not that I condone that kind of stuff in WoW but hey) and make all your money back and more within one sale. There are no WoW cheats or hacks involved and no bots or exploits. I won’t divulge what the info is because that would be ripping the guide-maker off, but I can tell you that this guide is the best and fastest proven legal way of leveling up in World of Warcraft. I know for a fact that there haven’t been many downloads of this guide yet, so if you get in there soon you’ll be levelling faster than anyone you know. There are also updated guides for Wrath of the Lich King, easy to follow step by step Horde and Alliance specific tips, best strategies in Northrend, step by step dungeon walkthroughs and walk-through maps, new tips on new battlegrounds and siege weapons, and Death Knight levelling guides and class guides, for making a perfect death knight.

Another actor flipping out and getting pissed off, although this couldn’t have come at a worse time really. If Michael Cera had flipped out just a few weeks earlier, perhaps there would have been some entertainment value to this clip, but it’s unfortunately completely overshadowed by Christian Bale’s outburst the other day. Michael Cera may well have already heard the recording of Bale flipping out and was trying to do something similar, but obviously failing miserably. He just doesn’t do angry like Bale does angry. Just stick to the script eh Michael?

You may have already heard about this but I suppose I feel obligated to try and spread the word a bit more, especially since I have a few friends who smoke weed.

It now looks as though smoking cannabis significantly increases the chance of developing testicular cancer (yes, bollock cancer). As with most problems related to cannabis and thc, it seems that this particular type of cancer is mostly increased in risk if the person has smoked from adolescence. But who knows if this information is definite? The article talks about links to the disease but perhaps no substantial proof as yet. There doesn’t seem to be much focus on THC amounts etc, or whether it’s because of the smoke itself etc. etc. Nevertheless, it’s probably worth doing that ball check you haven’t done in a while, regardless of whether you smoke weed or not.

This is absolutely great. Christian Bale flips out and has a very angry rant while still being recorded on microphone. This happened on the film set of Terminator: Salvation, the new Terminator movie.

I’ve seen/heard quite a few actor egos explode in fury and lose it at being distracted or something going wrong with either the camera or lights on set etc etc, but this last outburst from Christian Bale must be one of the funniest. And quite justifiable too - An inexperienced director or dp (director of photography) sometimes has trouble understanding the focus and concentration an actor needs to successfully carry out a scene. If you want the movie to look good, it’s not just about reading off a script…

Well, I obviously don’t condone drug use amongst kids, but sometimes it’s necessary… and funny… For example, during a visit to the dentist. :

I was really impressed when I saw these links. Jason Hawkes decided to hire out a helicopter and take a load of pics of London at night. I wonder how high resolution the original pics are, and when google will start flying around doing the same.  Anyway, beautiful bird’s-eye pictures and imagery - shows just how much London has changed over the years.

I don’t usually keep a constant eye out on webcams around the UK, but thankfully someone does. A keen observer on irc noticed that the BBC Nottingham Old Market Square Webcam had just been owned. This was the webcam image on the evening of 2nd January 2009:

Nice pwn, whoever it was. I wonder what the second line was though? To add to the lulz, the image then underwent photoshopped censorship a couple of hours later:

Shows that the BBC censors really are on the (snow)ball. I guess they closely monitor all the BBC cctv and webcams just in case this kind of thing happens.
